Who you are buying from

Items are offered by JSB Customs LLC, a Florida company. Handmade goods vary. Wood grain, color, and the exact look of an engraving will not match a photo in every detail.

Prices and tax

Prices on the shop page are in U.S. dollars. Florida sales tax is added at checkout. Checkout happens on a Square payment link when a Buy Now button is available. If an item has no payment link yet, use Request this item and we will confirm the price by email before you pay.

Custom and personalized items

Custom and personalized items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or we made the wrong item. Check the spelling you send us. We engrave what you write.

Pickup and shipping

Local pickup in Lakeland may be offered. Shipping, when we ship, is described on the Shipping and Returns page. We do not publish a street address. Pickup is arranged by email.
