Privacy Policy

This is a draft for JSB Customs LLC, a Florida company. It is not legal advice and it is not a finished policy until the owner reviews it.

What this site collects

The site does not ask you to create an account. If you email joe@jsbcustoms.net, or you use the custom-order form, that message opens in your own email app. We use what you send to answer you and, if you order, to make the piece.

Payments

Buy Now buttons open a Square payment link. Square processes that payment. Square’s own privacy policy covers the checkout page. We receive the order details Square shares with the shop so we can make and deliver the item.

Product list

The shop reads a product list in your browser. Until the owner connects a Google Sheet, that list is a file on this website. After the sheet is connected, your browser requests the published sheet from Google. That request is only for product names, prices, photos, and payment links.

Photos

Photos on this site are of work from the shop. They are stored with this website. Location data was removed from the photo files.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your email with advertisers. We share what we must with Square when you pay, and with a shipper if a piece is mailed.
